In the traditional Village of Chora, on the island of Patmos, with its charming paths and the incomparable serenity that the sanctity of the site exudes, where the monastery of Saint John’s Theologian prevails, stands the Villa Patmos.
The Villa was built in 1898 and it covers a total area of 230 sq. meters, with 150 sq.m. of living space. It was renovated the spring of 2017, maintaining however the traditional style of Patmian houses.

The Villa Patmos is about 250 meters from the nearest super market, the bus-stop and taxi station and only 300 meters from the monastery itself.
The nearest parking for cars is 70 meters away, Xanthos’s main square parking area is 200 meters, while the bikes can drive-up to the front door of the Villa Patmos.
